Walking is good for the brain and the body, impacting our psychological, mental, emotional and physical well-being. Walking helps free your mind to allow the unconscious thoughts to bubble up to the surface. Explore what’s really going on inside and what’s important to you.
Upon arrival at Lake Cottage, you will receive a warm welcome and refreshments, and we will capture the essence of what you would like to achieve from our coaching session together. We will then stroll for up to an hour exploring what’s really going on to help you get clarity around your thinking and address any barriers or limiting thoughts that could be blocking you. This will be followed by a visit to a local pub for lunch where we will continue exploring your ideas, before returning to my office, where you can enjoy some reflective space to capture your thoughts before leaving.
This will be followed up with three further 1-2-1 coaching sessions via Skype or phone to support you.
